Mr. Vikram Kadam is a consultant for stamp duty and specialises in Drafting of various Agreements for Sale, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements for Conveyance and specialises in the Co-operative Societies Act.  He has relevant experience of 10 years in this field. Mr. Vikram Kadam specialises in consultations on payment of stamp duty in respect of the sale and purchase of residential premises. Mr. Vikram Kadam also has excellent relations with some of the Housing Finance Companies (HFC) and also offers guidence to people on submissions of proper documents to HFC.

Mr. Vikram Kadam also specialises in taking searches from the Sub - Registrars office and investigating the Title of properties in the Mumbai & Greater Mumbai Districts.
